Terms of Service for Emergent Kids Consulting

1. Session Booking & Payment
Sessions can be booked through our online platform or by direct communication with Emergent Kids Consulting via email or WhatsApp. Payment must be made at the time of booking or prior to the session.
Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer/PayPal/Wise Payment and Credit Card. Additional payment details will be provided during the booking process.

2. Follow-Up Sessions & Guidance Bundles

Following workshops or consultations, some families may choose to continue with follow-up sessions focused on implementation guidance, discussion of specific situations, and adjustment of approaches over time.

These sessions are designed as short-term focused guidance.  Availability may vary depending on scheduling capacity.

Details regarding session bundles, validity periods, and scheduling will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, and must occur within the same week as the original booking, based on availability.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 100% session fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

 

4. Client Responsibilities
We ask clients to maintain respectful and cooperative communication throughout all consultations, workshops, and related services.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible.

5. Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations, including sensitive child-related information, is strictly confidential, except where required by law or if there is a risk of harm to the child or others. Online consultations, workshops, and related sessions may not be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Emergent Kids Consulting.


Both Emergent Kids Consulting and the client agree  to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all session content and materials.

6. Educational Nature of Services

Emergent Kids Consulting provides educational, consultative, and parent-guidance services designed to support understanding, reflection, and practical implementation within everyday life.

Our services do not replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency services, and clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed healthcare support where necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Emergent Kids Consulting, including workshops, written materials, digital resources, recordings, and educational content, remain the intellectual property of Emergent Kids Consulting unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared publicly without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Emergent Kids Consulting aims to provide thoughtful, professional, and high-quality educational and consultative services. However, individual outcomes may vary, and no specific results can be guaranteed.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the session in the event of a dispute or issue.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients directly, where applicable.
