Terms of Service for Emergent Kids Consulting
1. Session Booking & Payment
Sessions can be booked through our online platform or by direct communication with Emergent Kids Consulting via email or WhatsApp. Payment must be made at the time of booking or prior to the session.
Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer/PayPal/Wise Payment and Credit Card. Additional payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Currencies accepted: We accept payments in GBP, USD, SGD, HKD, CAD, EUR, and NOK.
2. Session Packages
We offer various session packages tailored to your needs, such as individual consultations, individual or group training sessions, or packages for ongoing support. Please review the terms and validity of your package at the time of purchase. Package details, including expiration dates and terms, will be outlined during booking.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, and must occur within the same week as the original booking, based on availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 100% session fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to engage fully in the sessions and maintain a cooperative and respectful environment. If a client is unable to attend a session due to illness or other exceptional circumstances, they must inform us as soon as possible.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations, including sensitive child-related information, is strictly confidential, except where required by law or if there is a risk of harm to the child or others.
Both Emergent Kids Consulting and the client agree not to record or share session content without mutual consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Emergent Kids Consulting is committed to providing the best service, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the session in the event of a dispute or issue.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients directly, where applicable.
